3rd grade was the mot fun for me. I think in that year I did almost 7 fun academic things regarding my school which was P.S. 55.
The one that was the most memorable to me was the spelling bee that I got to chosen to be in. I made my entire family come watch me because it was so important to me. although i didn't win I still was close. I was in the last round when I misspelled the word kindergarten. I spelled the end of the word with d e n, instead of t e n. I was extremely upset but i still had a wonderful time and got a certificate and book to remember it by.

Being in the third grade they do expect to know how to spell but its not that serious ,It takes everyone quite a while to spell the most simplest words that we use in everyday literature.But at least you made it to the final round in the spelling bee I'm pretty sure i would've only made it to the second round...maybe
